Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform investment, property, and fund accounting and analysis within a real estate fund management context
• Apply technical knowledge of IFRS standards related to Real Estate and fund structures
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and specialized financial systems to manage data and reporting
• Maintain high attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently as a self-starter to meet departmental goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or an equivalent field
• 3+ years of experience in Funds management, ideally with a Real Estate Fund Manager
• Strong knowledge of IFRS technical Real Estate standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Experience with Investran or Anaplan
