Associate Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and audit Salesforce campaigns and update campaign information
• Update internal presentations using Confluence or Microsoft PowerPoint
• Maintain SharePoint templates and propose refinements
• Manage Marketing Calendar entries for events, webcasts, and product launches
• Execute Marketing Learning Session pre-production including Canva invites and Teams event setup
• Manage webcast uploading via BrightTalk and coordinate localization
• Maintain Goldcast event pages using templates
• Support Zapier automations and execute Asana task updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or vocational certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and Salesforce campaigns
• Basic knowledge of webcast platforms like Goldcast, BrightTALK, or Microsoft Teams
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Visio, and Forms
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or Mailchimp
• Experience in creating and analyzing email marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with content personalization platforms like PathFactory or Hushly
• Experience with SQL querying and data-driven analysis
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or ChatGPT
• Experience in event hosting or moderation
