Associate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day brand administration, including P&L oversight, demand planning, consumption forecasting, and marketing spend management.
• Lead market analysis to understand the external landscape regarding consumers, customers, and competitors.
• Partner with Consumer Business Insights & Analytics to initiate research projects that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop brand objectives, goals, and strategies to meet or exceed sales and profit targets through annual commercial planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, and Digital Marketing, to activate annual brand plans.
• Track digital commerce and media plan performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Consumer Healthcare industries.
