Associate Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy and execution for France and Benelux, ensuring alignment with EMEA strategic pillars.
• Translate global and regional objectives into market-specific programs to drive adoption, conversion, and retention.
• Develop and implement integrated professional marketing programs for Invisalign and iTero portfolios.
• Partner with local KOLs and societies to build thought leadership and reinforce clinical innovation.
• Lead the planning and execution of national marketing campaigns using digital tools and analytics.
• Collaborate with Country Managers and EMEA Channel Leads to ensure marketing priorities support commercial objectives.
• Define and track market performance KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare, medtech, or dental marketing.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to handle hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated success in digital marketing, professional engagement, and technology commercialization.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
• Fluency in both English and French.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in a regional or multi-market role within a matrix environment.
