Associate, Marketing and Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic internal communications for the Consumer & Community Banking Product & Experience and Technology organization in India and APAC.
• Support multiple senior executives with communications needs, including executive messages, site visits, presentations, and town halls.
• Create and execute strategic communications plans, including defining and measuring success metrics.
• Develop and manage various communication tactics and channels to support internal strategies.
• Write engaging, compelling stories that create human connections within the organization.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and identify more efficient ways to communicate.
• Stay current with emerging communication methods, patterns, and technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of internal, corporate, or executive communications experience, ideally within technology or financial services.
• BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience providing communications counsel to C-suite executives and senior management.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, digestible content.
• Expertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines.
• Experience with Intranet design, content development, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel moderately across India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital journalism, social media, or digital content creation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
