Associate Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain highly automated manufacturing equipment, including laser welding, robotic automation, and PCB handling
• Perform basic repairs and minor daily/weekly preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain machine raw material feeds and clear equipment stoppages
• Utilize human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify and correct process control shifts
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical errors and operating inefficiencies
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean work environment suitable for cleanroom production
• Utilize computer systems to support material inventory and quality management processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using industrial machines and tools
• Proficiency in the English language for reading documentation and communication
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Experience working in a clean room environment
• Ability to stand for at least 75% of a shift and lift up to 20lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing industry
• Experience with debugging and optimizing assembly processes
• Experience in a start-up production environment
• Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
