Associate, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate large scale bioprocess equipment for Cell Culture, Purification, or Buffer and Media processing
• Prepare large scale solutions including buffers and media
• Manage raw material inventory and perform cleaning and sterilization of manufacturing parts and equipment
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and good documentation practices
• Utilize automated control systems and process equipment to support daily upstream or downstream operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or engineering, OR an Associate degree in science or a Biotech certificate
• 2+ years of experience in a biotech manufacturing environment or other regulated industry
• Knowledge of biotech manufacturing processes including cell culture, protein purification, and filtration
• Proficiency in good documentation practices (GDP) and data capturing
• Ability to perform strenuous, repetitive physical work, including lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a manufacturing environment
