Associate, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate large-scale bioprocess equipment for cell culture, purification, or buffer and media processing
• Prepare large-scale solutions including buffers and media
• Manage raw material inventory and perform cleaning and sterilization of manufacturing parts and equipment
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and good documentation practices
• Utilize automated control systems and maintain accurate batch records and data capturing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or engineering, OR an Associate degree in science/Biotech certificate with 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of biotech manufacturing processes such as cell culture, chromatography, or filtration
• Proficiency with cGMP and SOP compliance
• Ability to perform strenuous physical work, including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, and climbing
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day shift (including Thursdays-Saturdays and alternating Wednesdays)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific equipment such as bioreactors, autoclaves, or automated CIP skids
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
