Associate, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate large-scale bioprocess equipment for cell culture, purification, or buffer and media processing
• Perform cleaning and sterilization of parts and equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Prepare large-scale solutions including buffers and media
• Manage raw material inventory and support daily operations in Upstream or Downstream areas
• Ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, SOPs, and safety practices
• Maintain accurate documentation, including batch records and data capturing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related area or engineering, OR an Associate's degree in a science-related area/Biotech certificate with 2+ years of experience in a biotech manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of biotech manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., cell culture, chromatography, or filtration)
• Proficiency with cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and good documentation practices
• Ability to lift, dispense, push, or pull items weighing an average of 25 pounds
• Willingness to work shift-based schedules, which may include weekends, off-hours, and holidays
