About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate in classified cleanroom environments, including Grade 9 through Grade 5
  • Perform set-up, CIP, and SIP of EPO production equipment
  • Operate equipment on the production floor according to standard operating procedures
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and escalate issues to management
  • Support F&E in testing and operation of manufacturing equipment
  • Train staff on the operation of manufacturing equipment
  • Support commissioning and qualification of new equipment
  • Facilitate continuous improvement projects within the building
  • Review and revise procedures and forms
  • Own and manage Minor Deviations to ensure on-time closure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with 6 months of manufacturing and operations experience OR High school diploma/GED with 2 years of manufacturing and operations experience
  • Experience in cleanroom operations
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Knowledge of CFR and Regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of DSI manufacturing operations (media preparation, bioreactors, roller bottle operations)
  • Experience training staff on manufacturing equipment such as stainless steel vessels, UF/DF, or cleaning systems
  • Degree in life sciences or engineering
  • Experience with aseptic operations in Grade 5 cleanrooms
  • Ability to apply basic chemistry, biology, and physical principles
  • Experience with Delta V or lab testing equipment
