Associate Manager, WRC

Responsibilities

• Support companies in redesigning work, careers, and rewards to navigate automation, digitalization, and flexible work models
• Assist in business strategy planning and agile organization transformation initiatives
• Contribute to change management projects within various HR domains
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree from an accredited College or University
• 3-5 years of experience in business strategy planning, agile organization transformation, and/or change management
• Proven experience in consulting or a corporate role
• Strong knowledge of HR domains and organization transformation projects
• Fluency in both written and oral Mandarin and English
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
