Associate Manager, Work, Rewards & Careers

Responsibilities

• Deliver advisory projects incorporating digital tools and solutions to solve complex business problems
• Manage project teams and facilitate the development of junior associates through coaching and mentoring
• Initiate business development opportunities and nurture qualified leads into profitable new business wins
• Manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction
• Partner with leadership to implement business plans that achieve profit and revenue goals

Requirements

• 5-7 years of successful consulting experience, ideally adding value to client business results
• Expertise in Rewards, Talent Management, or Communication and Change Management
• Proven project management skills and experience leading high-performing professional teams
• Strong ability to establish credibility with management teams and boards
• Fluency in both written and oral Mandarin and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of current market and digital trends
