Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by utilizing client books, thank you cards, and executing event strategies.
• Ensure the store follows visual merchandising guidelines and directives to provide a superior client experience.
• Demonstrate leadership by planning, prioritizing, and championing change effectively within the retail environment.
• Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in a high-end retail or luxury market environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift or push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity.
