Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Assist with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising following brand guidelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and event strategies
• Demonstrate leadership by prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and championing brand changes
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and payroll accuracy

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
• Experience in a retail sales and client service role, preferably within the luxury market
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes up to 30 pounds
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
