Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by following brand guidelines and directives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the use of client books, thank you cards, and event strategies
• Ensure a consistent, superior client experience that reflects the luxury ethos of the TUMI brand
• Manage personal timecards and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving retail KPIs
• Experience in a luxury market, fashion, or lifestyle retail environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to de-escalate situations
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
