Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a leading force on the sales floor, driving sales and providing a premium customer experience through the TUMI Selling Ceremony.
• Run store operations independently during non-peak times, including opening and closing the store.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, SPH goals, and KPIs through proactive clienteling and relationship building.
• Assist in training and motivating the sales team to maintain high standards of product knowledge and service.
• Manage merchandising standards, including window displays, interior signage, and stock maintenance.
• Oversee operational tasks such as cash handling, shipment processing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Support loss prevention efforts through inventory management, cycle counts, and vigilant customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent people skills with a proven ability to motivate a team.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Computer literate and able to use retail technology/apps.
• Fluency in English.
• Physical ability to withstand constant standing, bending, and frequent lifting of luggage up to 15kg.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance.
