Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Train and develop store associates through consistent roleplay, coaching, and feedback
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of the retail team
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store follows brand guidelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the use of client books and event strategies
• Manage personal timecards and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
• Experience in a retail sales and client service role, preferably within the luxury market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and coach others
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
