Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by following brand guidelines and directives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the use of client books, thank you cards, and event strategies
• Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and championing brand changes
• Ensure operational compliance by managing personal timecards and adhering to all company policies

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving retail KPIs
• Experience in the luxury, travel, fashion, or lifestyle markets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
