Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, client books, and event strategies.
• Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising guidelines and directives.
• Demonstrate leadership by prioritizing tasks, managing personal timecards, and championing brand changes.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor to effectively de-escalate situations when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in a luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift or push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity.
