Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Lead and develop team members through consistent coaching, roleplay, and feedback to foster a 360-degree coaching culture
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by following brand guidelines and directives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the use of client books, thank you cards, and event strategies
• Ensure operational compliance by managing personal timecards and adhering to all company policies
• Demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking to prioritize tasks and champion change effectively

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in a high-end retail or luxury market environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Flexible availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift or push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
