Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a consistent and superior client experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the use of client books and event strategies
• Manage personal timecards and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and championing change

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
• Experience in a retail sales and client service role, preferably within the luxury market
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
