Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising following brand guidelines and directives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the use of client books, thank you cards, and event strategies
• Ensure a consistent, superior client experience that reflects the luxury ethos of the brand
• Manage personal timecards and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
• Experience in a retail sales and client service role, preferably within the luxury market
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift, push, and move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds and use a ladder
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed
• Strong time management skills and a high sense of integrity
