Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Assist with the training and development of store associates through coaching, roleplay, and feedback
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by following brand guidelines and directives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and event strategies
• Manage personal timecards and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and championing brand changes

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving retail KPIs
• Experience in a high-end sales or client service role, preferably within the luxury market
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to de-escalate situations
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
