Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by following brand guidelines and directives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through the use of client books, thank you cards, and event strategies.
• Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and championing brand changes.
• Ensure operational compliance, including managing personal timecards and adhering to all company policies.

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in a retail sales and client service role, preferably within the luxury market.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift or push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity.
