Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and the use of client books and event strategies
• Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of store associates through coaching and roleplay
• Ensure the store follows visual merchandising guidelines and directives to provide a superior client experience
• Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate leadership by planning, prioritizing, and championing change effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin
• Proven experience in luxury retail and a strong track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift or push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations
• High level of integrity and strong time management skills
