About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operation of the in-store screen network across Fanatics Collectibles locations and partner environments
- Program screen content based on release calendars, marketing priorities, and product availability
- Manage content intake, QA, and deployment of assets from internal and external sources
- Partner with Trade Marketing, Brand Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales to align content with commercial priorities
- Serve as the primary contact for screen network vendors and CMS/platform partners
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot playback or scheduling issues
- Evaluate screen programming effectiveness and recommend process improvements
- Oversee and monitor monthly budget spends
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content production, digital signage, or content operations
- Experience working in a CMS or digital signage platform
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong QA mindset
- Experience coordinating across creative, marketing, sales, and operational stakeholders
- Ability to manage external vendors and troubleshoot execution issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of collectibles, retail environments, licensed products, or consumer goods
