Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit best-fit personnel to drive team and company growth
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience
- Establish and maintain communication with team members to resolve issues and meet expectations
- Make recommendations to enhance recruitment processes and boost operational efficiency
- Oversee proper documentation of processes and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
- Provide strategic input on sourcing channels and serve as a primary advisor on recruitment strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 3 years of BPO volume recruitment experience (candidates with relevant non-BPO volume recruitment experience will also be considered)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple schedules and initiatives
- Willingness to work onsite in Clark
