Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy to increase adoption of existing payment-driving features
• Partner with Product to identify, test, and launch new transactional capabilities
• Manage and optimize the transactional economic model, including take rates and processing fees
• Act as a cross-functional project manager across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal
• Conduct market and competitive research to size opportunities and understand customer segments
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Communicate strategic recommendations and project updates to senior leadership
• Proactively manage risks and develop mitigation strategies for strategic projects

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or Strategy & Operations
• Direct experience with payment processors, gateways, or transactional economic models
• Proven track record in high-growth Big Tech or B2B SaaS environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High spreadsheet comfort and experience with Salesforce, Looker, or Gong
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific payment tools like Stripe, Adyen, or FreedomPay
• Advanced degree (Masters)
