About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into medium and long-range product supply strategies to support manufacturing and procurement.
- Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, models, and routines to align plans with service, inventory, and cost objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess capacity, material availability, inventory implications, and supply risks.
- Analyze supply risks, including lead time shifts, supplier limitations, and network bottlenecks, to recommend contingency plans.
- Build and monitor manufacturing and procurement metrics, dashboards, and analyses related to supply performance and cost efficiency.
- Lead strategic projects tied to sourcing transitions, manufacturing footprint changes, and productivity opportunities.
- Support cross-functional production forums by preparing insights and decision-ready materials for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, product supply, strategic planning, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience supporting both manufacturing and procurement within a complex, global business environment.
- Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP, MRP, or supply planning systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations or supply chain consulting.
- APICS, ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification.
- Experience in consumer products, durable goods, or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prior experience leading or coaching analytical talent.
