About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel
- Cross-sell and up-sell to the client base to achieve portfolio quotas
- Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend client meetings both in-office and off-site
- Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfill client needs
- Escalate and resolve client concerns
- Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Monitor performance against service level agreements
- Update CRM with client changes
Requirements
- Relevant experience in B2B Key Account Management or Sales
- Knowledge of best customer service practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Go-getter attitude and strong work ethic
