About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel
  • Cross-sell and up-sell to the client base to achieve portfolio quotas
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction
  • Attend client meetings both in-office and off-site
  • Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs
  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill client needs
  • Escalate and resolve client concerns
  • Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Monitor performance against service level agreements
  • Update CRM with client changes

Requirements
