Responsibilities
- Own the development, implementation, and administration of sales incentive structures
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Product
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and identify trends
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize performance through incentive redesigns and SPIFFs
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and track key performance metrics
- Map complex operational workflows and architect AI-driven solutions to automate manual work
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, or top-tier consulting/investment banking
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce, and Excel
- Experience building with AI tooling (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to drive process efficiency
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
