Responsibilities
- Execute business growth strategies focused on revenue generation and market expansion
- Structure and close strategic alliances with key partners
- Drive the adoption of digital models and alternative distribution channels to scale products
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
- Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging business models in insurance and distribution
- Develop digital and traditional marketing and communication strategies to increase conversion and product engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, strategic alliances, or commercial roles within insurance, fintech, or financial services
- Knowledge of designing and commercializing insurance solutions or embedded/affinity products
- Strong negotiation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience defining customer journeys, sales funnels, and conversion optimization
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
