Associate Manager, Product Development

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full apparel product development process from concept to production hand-off
• Manage BOM accuracy, sample tracking, and approvals to ensure styles remain on schedule
• Hold vendors accountable to KPIs including lead time, on-time development, and quality
• Manage product cost structures, cost sheets, and vendor negotiations to meet target margins
• Maintain real-time updates in ERP, BOMs, and WIP tracking systems
• Partner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production teams for seamless execution
• Attend daily fittings and capture actionable notes for accurate feedback execution
• Support new vendor sourcing and onboarding to improve cost and lead time efficiencies

Requirements

• Experience in apparel product development and lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of product cost structures and cost levers
• Proficiency with ERP and BOM management systems
• Ability to manage complex workloads independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
