Associate Manager, Paid Social

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
• Monitor performance and implement optimizations aligned to client goals
• Support client communications by translating campaign performance into clear insights
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and develop testing plans
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Strategy teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and newer team members
• Identify opportunities to expand services and test new platform capabilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in paid social, digital media, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or Snapchat
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data
• Experience presenting campaign results to stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
