Associate Manager, Operations, Governance & AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of Trustee and Grant Committee meetings, including schedules and materials
• Manage workback timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned across the team
• Support the identification and coordination of AI integration opportunities across the Social Impact team
• Manage AI-related projects and assist with the logistics of AI training and adoption efforts
• Oversee grantmaking processes, including documentation, approvals, and coordination with software vendors
• Serve as a primary liaison with departmental Finance and Corporate Accounting teams to ensure accurate information flow
• Support the coordination of philanthropic disaster response efforts and internal logistics

Requirements

• Experience supporting work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple workstreams and project timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with operational or tracking systems
• High proficiency in grants management software and Power BI
• Strong data analysis skills to make informed recommendations and decisions
• Professional communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Willingness to travel 10–15% for meetings and events
