Associate Manager of Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day full accounts payable cycle and drive process excellence across the end-to-end process
• Manage the overall operational success of the Accounts Payable team
• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and weekly budgets
• Manage the AP month-end close process, including intercompany transactions and invoice accruals
• Maintain relationships with banks and ensure compliance with company loan covenants
• Drive continuous improvement through technology-driven solutions and workflow automation
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff through career development planning
• Manage the dispute resolution process and monitor key performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced AP environment
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
• Ability to work fully onsite at our Brea, CA office
