Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer relationship for the Middle East region, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and managing AMC renewals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying business objectives and addressing operational challenges.
• Lead program delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Manage contract governance, including AMC contracts, Escrow renewals, and financial tracking.
• Track and improve Voice of Customer (VOC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
• Oversee project financials, cost tracking, and team utilization across projects.
• Use Microsoft Project (MSP) to track and report program progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management.
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on expertise in project financials, profitability management, and schedule variance tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) and related tracking tools.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, contract governance, and vendor oversight.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PGDBM in Sales or Marketing.
• PMP certification.
