Associate Manager, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of marketing operations processes for the Learning & Development business segment (including brands like Sharpie, Paper Mate, Graco, and Nuk).
• Manage end-to-end product sample logistics for brand campaigns, trade shows, and influencer requests, including Salesforce order placement and tracker maintenance.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to drive alignment on project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison for influencer and consumer review campaigns and support new item setup within PIM systems.
• Coordinate event marketing operations, including booth design, setup/teardown, vendor interaction, and budget assistance.
• Manage monthly updates of key sales data into brand product portfolios using Excel.
• Lead special projects and pilot initiatives aimed at process optimization and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field, or proven work experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel (superusers preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and occasionally handle boxes weighing over 50lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of retail, supply chain, marketing, event marketing, or promotions.
• Interest in leveraging AI business tools to streamline operational processes.
• Passion for the Writing or Baby product portfolios.
