Associate Manager, IT Solutions Delivery

Responsibilities

• Design and lead IT solution delivery to align with business needs and IT strategy, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate application, data, and integration architecture in partnership with enterprise architects to ensure standards alignment.
• Guide cloud service selection using knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or AliCloud) and partner with platform teams on cost control.
• Lead the delivery of AI use cases from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full production.
• Manage vendor sourcing, SOWs, and performance reviews while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years specifically in application or platform delivery.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project execution using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Practical technical exposure to Java or .NET services, data warehousing (e.g., Amazon Redshift), and BI development (e.g., Power BI).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise-level application, data, and integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or AliCloud.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions like chatbots, NL-to-SQL assistants, or AI agents.
• Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Willingness to travel as required.
