About the role

Responsibilities

  • Independently design research questionnaires and guides, translating research objectives into effective flows
  • Write complex research proposals and error-free reports featuring actionable summaries and recommendations
  • Provide advanced data analysis to generate insightful, value-added findings and suggestions
  • Deliver professional presentations of research findings in both Chinese and English
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients by responding promptly to inquiries
  • Manage and coach junior researchers, including task allocation and performance appraisals
  • Control and optimize field costs to ensure project efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university
  • 3-5 years of experience in market research from either the agency or client side
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical software such as SPSS and SAS
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and project management skills
  • Proven ability in client service, account management, and people management
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a professional, team-oriented environment
