About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of infrastructure engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows servers, ADFS, and Virtualization technologies
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of infrastructure services through monitoring and proactive maintenance
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design effective infrastructure solutions
- Develop and enforce best practices for system administration, security, and disaster recovery
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and operations
- Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure services
- Expertise in Windows, ADFS, and Virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- VMware Certified Professional
