Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns for Live Nation Sponsorship
• Source and vet potential influencers for brand campaigns
• Manage communications between internal brand managers, sales teams, creators, and brand clients
• Analyze backend analytics to create campaign reports, case studies, and wrap-reports
• Manage paid media buys, including facilitating whitelisting access via Meta and TikTok
• Create and track organizational documents including budgets, content calendars, and workback schedules
• Coordinate influencer travel, including flights and hotel accommodations
• Facilitate influencer access to Live Nation and external events
• Provide occasional on-site influencer handling at concerts and festivals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
• 2+ years of experience in a full-time influencer marketing role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
• Experience with Creator IQ or similar CRM/management platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and multi-task effectively
• Willingness to travel to events for influencer handling and wrangling
