Associate Manager, IAM

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IAM analysts, providing coaching, workload prioritization, and technical escalation support.
• Maintain hands-on ownership of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, including configuration, rule logic, and workflow design.
• Design and improve Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes to ensure accurate provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Define and maintain RBAC models, birthright provisioning rules, and entitlement structures.
• Oversee IAM service desk operations, monitoring SLA performance and access incident resolution.
• Manage the Privileged Access Management (PAM) program, including account provisioning and lifecycle controls.
• Execute access certification campaigns and reviews to meet SOX and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Audit, HR Technology, and Legal to sustain access controls.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Security, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a team lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role with people management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with an enterprise IGA platform.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, including JML lifecycle, RBAC, and least-privilege design.
• Proficiency with Active Directory in multi-domain environments.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tooling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Relevant certifications such as CIAM, CISA, CISSP, or Saviynt platform certification.
• Experience with SSO and MFA platforms.
• Knowledge of HR identity integration patterns and SCIM provisioning.
