Associate Manager – Global Pricing (HTA and Pricing Reporting)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate comprehensive HTA and pricing newsletters to Global Market Access leadership, consolidating key decisions and trends from major HTA bodies.
• Monitor and synthesize HTA submissions, appraisals, and outcomes across geographies to identify strategic insights for the portfolio.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of HTA decisions, pricing approvals, and reimbursement outcomes.
• Translate complex HTA and pricing data into actionable summaries for commercial, medical, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Systematically track competitor reimbursement updates, including launch timelines, pricing decisions, and access restrictions.
• Act as the primary liaison between Global Pricing & Market Access and the Global Pricing Analytics team to drive the development of Power BI dashboards.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and KPIs for new dashboard initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing or market access activities, or within the consulting industry.
• Solid understanding of HTA methodologies, reimbursement pathways, and pricing regulations across major markets (e.g., EU5, US, Canada, Japan).
• Proven track record of producing high-quality intelligence reports and strategic analyses.
• Fluency in handling pricing and market access databases (e.g., NAVLIN, IQVIA, PRISMACCESS, APM Health Europe).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Life-sciences, Medical field, or a similar discipline.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills for a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Excel VBA.
• Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas.
