Associate Manager, Finance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with in-country business partners and finance teams to review projections, budgets, and historical results.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reports, forecasts, and annual strategic plan preparations.
• Support the delivery of comprehensive monthly reporting packages, including budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Partner with regional, local, and corporate FP&A resources to drive decision-making aligned with strategic objectives.
• Perform strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to assess business performance.
• Identify and escalate potential business or operational risks to Finance leadership.
• Update process flows, operating manuals, and standard operating procedures as needed.
• Liaise with the FP&A Global Delivery Center (GDC) to ensure compliance with all quality and control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and reporting.
• Expertise in accounting principles and internal control requirements.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, or Cognos.
• Experience with statistical modeling techniques.
