Associate Manager, External Relations

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder engagement strategies and maintain day-to-day liaison with government, LegCo, community, and institutional stakeholders
• Prepare board materials, business reports, presentations, executive speeches, and briefing notes
• Coordinate timely and professional responses to government and stakeholder enquiries
• Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, visits, and events
• Monitor public policy, legislative, and community developments to provide analysis on risks and opportunities
• Support cross-functional projects and external collaboration initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Political Science, Journalism, or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in government relations, external affairs, corporate communications, or public administration
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong public policy landscape and stakeholder dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience engaging with government or public bodies
• Exposure to regulated environments or large-scale organizations
• Knowledge of business operations or financial reporting
