Associate Manager, Dining Services

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for front-of-the-house operations to ensure dining service goals and objectives are met
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement merchandising programs, special events, and promotions
• Partner with the Executive Chef to identify new food concepts and implement innovative products and services
• Supervise, train, and develop staff to ensure high-quality service and a rewarding work environment
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards, including enforcement of uniform and hygiene practices
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions diplomatically to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Support the Unit Manager with food production, inventory controls, menu planning, and recipe generation
• Assist in fiscal management and continuous improvement of all aspects of Dining Services

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited college or culinary school
• 2-4 years of related experience in dining or hospitality services
• Strong experience in food production, food handling, and visual food presentation
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with computerized food production or menu management systems
