Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of operational processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow
• Follow up and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders
• Monitor clear metrics for performance measurement and turnaround times
• Travel to client locations to understand needs, provide training, and build relationships
• Manage customer worklists to implement requests and improve service standards
• Design, set up, and continuously improve operational processes
• Collaborate with the technical team to configure software platforms and troubleshoot issues
• Set and monitor KPIs on implemented projects
• Research and analyze new products to design implementation processes

Requirements

• Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain is mandatory
• Educational Qualification: BTech + MBA (Logistics + Supply Chain subject)
• Prior experience in operations or customer success preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management, prioritizing, and delegation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle numerous tasks
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Natural creative flair and ability to introduce new concepts and innovations
• Ability to work autonomously and assume high levels of responsibility
