Associate Manager, Customer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Experiment with and optimize campaign performance, including ads, campaign structures, and bidding strategies across various search engines and partners.
• Develop predictive models using data science techniques to analyze experiment data and understand business impacts like demand elasticity.
• Build comprehensive dashboards to track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Communicate growth levers and strategic recommendations to stakeholders via professional presentations.
• Liaise with product teams to develop and implement roadmaps based on data-driven findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative subject (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Science).
• 4+ years of experience in data crunching, ideally from top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing global tech company.
• Proficiency in data analysis packages and databases such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to make efficient decisions based on objective data evidence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and various testing metrics.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
