Associate Manager Credit & Cash EMEA

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely allocation and reconciliation of multi-currency incoming payments to customer accounts and invoices
• Investigate and resolve unallocated or unidentified receipts in collaboration with collectors
• Perform daily reconciliations between bank reports, GetPaid, and Oracle
• Manage the credit risk process for new clients, including due diligence and credit report analysis
• Prepare ratio analysis of financial statements to provide commercially savvy credit recommendations
• Monitor client daily spend alerts to prevent disruption to advertising campaigns
• Approve credit memos for bank charges, withholding tax (WHT), and account adjustments
• Respond to SOX and external auditor requests in a timely manner
• Lead workstreams for systems and process improvements related to risk mitigation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Cash Allocation, or Accounts Receivable
• Proven experience allocating multi-currency and cross-currency payments
• Strong understanding of Withholding Taxes (WHT)
• Proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookups and pivot tables
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Experience performing credit risk analysis and financial statement ratio analysis
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• People management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and conducting appraisals
• Experience with collections software such as FIS GetPaid
• Experience with credit reporting tools like D&B or Cocredo
• Experience with software implementation or acting as a project workstream owner
